RATE POLICIES:
a. Room rates are based on double occupancy for a studio and 4-person occupancy for 1 bedroom.
b. Monthly rates are based on a 4 week period.
c. From December 21st until January 4th only the High Season rates are available.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY:
The maximum number of guests is limited to four (4) persons per studio and to six (6) persons per 1 bedroom option . An additional charge or $25.00 per person per night for guests in addition to two (2) and four (4) will be assessed.
CHECK-IN TIME:
After 4 PM, unless prior arrangements have been made in advance.
CHECK-OUT TIME:
11 AM, unless late checkout arrangements have been made in advance.
a. Smoking is not permitted inside the rental unit.
b. Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate pets at this time.
c. We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 20 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
A reservation deposit equal to 30% of the total rental rate is required to secure your reservation. A Vacation Rental Agreement must be signed and delivered to us. If the deposit is not received by us by due date your reservation may be cancelled without further notice. The 30% of the rental rate will be applied toward the room rent. A PayPal payment request will be sent to you via e-mail. You don’t need a PayPal account to make a payment. We accept all major credit cards* and bank transfers. The BALANCE OF RENT is due thirty (30) days before your arrival date.
* Credit Card & PayPal payments are subject to a 3% surcharge. All funds are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
If the reservation is cancelled more than 30 days prior to the check-in date, guest will be charged 100% of the deposit amount, unless the suite can be re-rented for the same dates.
If the reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to the check-in date, guest will be charged 100% of the rental amount, unless the suite can be re-rented for the same dates.
No-Shows will be charged the full amount of their stay.
Please note that with advance notice we are usually able to re-rent our accommodations and only the $50.00 administration fee will apply.
