* From December 24th until January 2nd only the high season rates are available. An additional charge of $25.00 per person per night for guests in addition to two (2) for a studio and four (4) for 1 bedroom option will be assessed. There is no additional charge for children under the age of 3.
** Monthly rates are based on a 4 week period and include linen laundry service.
***In most cases a 2-night minimum stay is required. Shorter stays may be considered subject to availability and dates requested.
